PURCHASE OF A NEW LATHE STAR SX-38

PURCHASE 3D SCANNER

In January 2022, a 3D scanner was purchased, designed for 3D scanning of small parts with complex geometries.

This tool allows us to compare the piece produced by the machine with the 3D solid and to immediately evaluate any deviations.

Introduction metrological room

In the course of the year 2020, the “Metrological Room” has been introduced, located inside the production, and accessible to the whole personnel. The creation of this room has allowed us to safeguard our tools, thanks to the air conditioning system located inside it.

Purchase of a new lathe TSUGAMI HSX327-5AX

In October 2019, another “Tsugami HSX327-5AX” was purchased.

Purchase of two other lathes: NAKAMURA NTY3-100 and TSUGAMI SS38MH-5AX

In May 2019, following the extension of the production compartment, T.E.M.A. introduced two new machines: NAKAMURA NTY3-100, which allows us to work on bars up to 65 mm in diameter (earlier than that, we could work 38 mm at most) and TSUGAMI SS38MH-5AX which allows us to work short series of complex details.

Extension of the production compartment

In the course of 2019, following the continuous increasing of the market demand, the production compartment was enlarged, passing from 1.400 square meters of surface to almost 2.000 square meters. Thanks to this extension, we will be able to purchase 8 further machines, reaching a total of 20.

Purchase of a vertical store

In the course of 2019, a vertical store was purchased, where all the tools and equipment useful to production are placed. This store is managed by software developed by T.E.M.A., which allows tracing all the tools and to have a history for every production order.

Office enlargement and creation of a meeting room

In the course of 2018, following a personnel increase, the offices were enlarged and a meeting room was created, also used as a training room.
